Guests were greeted with these jewelled party hats. The hats signified how much I treasured their friendship. They also hinted at the pampering treats that have been prepared.

Paramount to the success of a tea party is tea. I filled handmade tea bags with different varieties of custom-blends. And tagged each bag with the ingredient list for easy selection by the guests. There were also freshly baked scones and tempting sweet jams on the table.

Hope you enjoyed my afternoon tea party ideas. There will be lots more fun and exciting celebration projects on the Ruby Rock-It blog this week. Hope you'll go check them out. If you leave a comment here, you might just win yourself the entire Vintedge collection !

Linking up to these parties.

The hat reminds me of a small party affair in a castle during the olden days of England. It must have been hard to glue on the red and white pearls onto the hat! great job!
